Somlita UAB manufactures and wholesales films from virgin and recycled raw material (LDPE, LLDPE). These include films for construction industry (foundation waterproofing, roof steam insulation, pools, coverings), greenhouses and agriculture applications (UV- and IR-stabilised, anti-condensate), thermo-shrinkable and stretch film designated for industrial and manual packaging. Stretch film is produced in blown and cast technologies. We buy LDPE 99/1, LDPE 98/2, LDPE 95/5, LDPE 90/10, LDPE 80/20, LDPE 60/40 waste, produce and sale recycled granules. The company specialises partly in paper cores production. A major focus is placed on quality – all products are certified. Quality control is ensured by continuous tests from accredited laboratories in Lithuania and Sweden. A quarter of its output is sold on the Lithuanian market, while the rest is intended for clients in Europe. The company ensures production modernisation and employment of new materials.

Hay pellets and AlfaAlfa pellets also in our product range .We also produce wood briquettes and pellets for the energy sector both for factories and individual consumers. Our manufacturing process allows us to bring our carbon neutral products to market in a sustainable manner that has zero waste because we only use all natural ingredients with no additives. We envisage through our ongoing research the use of straw pellets as an eco fuel and as a liquid spill control material and continue to explore other uses.
