...Daily, numerous selections of salads and special vegetables are offered thanks to long-term relationships established with local producers (Lazio Region) and specialized Italian suppliers. The currently referenced local productions include smooth escarole and endive, lettuce, trocadero, canasta, valerian, and arugula. Radicchio (in both red and long varieties) comes directly from producers in Veneto, Abruzzo, and Lazio. The products are delivered to the customer in various types of packaging, and over 1,006,800 kg are managed annually.

...Since 1978, we have been producing high-quality grapes and wines "Cannonau Corru Trabutzu." We exclusively serve the best local market, with small productions carried out in a family-run operation. Our ancient vineyards have been planted with a philosophy aimed not at producing quantity, but at achieving high quality in the grapes. The vines are predominantly of the local Cannonau variety, strictly without irrigation systems, cultivated in a "Spalliera" style with regular spacing, on well-sunlit and ventilated hilly terrain. The vines are grown using the traditional local method.
