With raw buckwheat, it is also possible to make excellent bread. Hulled buckwheat seeds do not need soaking; simply rinse them under running water and cook them in a pot with salted water (ratio: 1 part buckwheat to 2 parts water) for 20-30 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
