...The idea for this cream originated from an initial chromatic vision. The two products, with almost opposite colors, both captured attention. The combination of artichoke hearts with black truffle, all in olive oil, has resulted in an excellent product for filling canapés, pizzas, and focaccias. Ingredients: artichokes (65%), olive oil, olives, summer black truffle (tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, salt, flavors. Suggestions: Excellent seasoning for pasta dishes, white meats, or as a base for sauces.
