We are an artisanal coffee roastery in Naples, Italy. Irio is one of the few roasteries in the world that roasts coffee over wood. This is the main feature that sets us apart from our competitors. We source only premium green coffee from certified plantations. Our coffee blends are the result of a careful and experienced combination of seven or eight different coffee varieties. Irio is for coffee lovers who seek a premium quality product and a good, traditional Italian espresso. Our products: coffee beans for bars, restaurants, and hotels, coffee pods, and ground coffee.

We source green coffee from the best plantations around the world. Our green coffee comes from Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. The roasting takes place in our artisanal facility. Our blends are roasted using hot air and cooled with traditional methods. We produce the Bar line in whole beans of 1 kg, 500 g, and 250 g.
