To completely avoid and eliminate the risk of contamination, the production laboratory has been exclusively dedicated to organic and gluten-free products. All finished products and/or raw materials used are pre-analyzed in certified analysis laboratories. The pasta-making process is artisanal, using only organic flours and bottled oligomineral water, with bronze dies and low-temperature drying.

Organic Fresh Pasta Laboratory (Family-run Artisan). We produce daily using organic semolina and certified organic eggs. We also have our own certification for the production process, issued by ICEA.
