Notably, we produce kosher wines, both white and red, made using the ancient technology of the rabbis. In addition to Bianco di Pitigliano, we produce: Vermentino wine, Viogner Toscana Grantosco both white and red, Sangiovese Sovana Doc, and Sangiovese Sovana Superiore aged in Barrique. We also produce a Sangiovese Vignamurata Riserva, a sparkling white Treco' IGT, and two sparkling wines, brut and dry Aldobrandesco. Finally, we offer Grappa del Fauno made from Chardonnay grapes.
