Since 1973, BBM has been involved in the construction of molds and the molding of thermoplastic materials. In recent years, the company has specialized in the production of bi-material molds. We have been building molds for thermoplastic materials since 1971, serving the following sectors: medical, food, automotive, agricultural, and household appliances. The types of molds include both single-cavity and hardened molds up to 54 HRC, in medium to large sizes, including unscrewing, co-injection, and overmolding types. We perform both routine and extraordinary maintenance, as well as modifications on molds not originally made by us. We also carry out individual CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, plunge electro-erosion, and wire cutting.
