At the Ristorante Bar Da Gino, you can taste typical Tuscan wines and local cuisine in a beautiful setting like Lake Chiusi. House specialties include: homemade tagliatelle dressed with seasonal mushrooms, pici in all the local variations, such as with duck, with garlic, with mushrooms... and also, lake fish like tegamaccio and brustico. From the veranda overlooking the lake, you can see the surrounding countryside all the way to the province of Perugia. Chiusi, an Etruscan city, invites you to discover the archaeological finds of the Monkey Tomb, which is located 1 km from the restaurant.

With care and passion, in the Marche countryside, we raise local geese and ducks; we allow them to roam freely without space limits: on the ground, under the sun, in the rain, and grazing on grass; we sell fresh goose and duck meat, eggs, cured meat, cold cuts, and other specialties to restaurants, butcher shops, and private customers. We manage the entire process (from egg fertilization to adult animals) ensuring the highest quality and low prices for our products.
