In the selection process, several steps are taken to separate the highest quality 'Cream' pieces, which are then sorted by clothing type, season, and undergo additional quality control steps. The finished units are blended into mixes that are carefully tailored to meet customer needs. Product categories: Extra Cream (almost no visible traces), Cream (high-quality, free from stains), Extra (visible use, washable spots).

Our partner sorting facilities in Europe handle the re-categorizing of the original goods which had already been pre-separated into textiles and shoes at our venue. Sorting is done by hand and a well-trained eye. Up to 200 criteria decide on the further disposal of used textiles. Approximately 60% of the collected goods can be reused as wearable clothing, the remainder is sent to textile processing. Manual sorting represents the best of all available procedures because each item of clothing is inspected and selected by trained personnel. This method also provides many valuable jobs.
