...we have the ability to produce authentic traditional Pontic products such as perec, siron, and evreston, baked in a traditional sat, specially designed for our workshop. Our values are closely tied to quality, integrity, and a sense of responsibility. In our pasta, you will not find preservatives, chemical colorings, or dehydrated raw materials (eggs, vegetables, or powdered milk). Instead, we source fresh eggs from Neo Prodomos in Imathia and milk from a local farmer in Tripotamos, Veria. Our flours come from the certified Koutsiaris mills.
