In our pasta, you will not find preservatives, chemical colorings, or dehydrated raw materials (eggs, vegetables, or powdered milk). Instead, we source fresh eggs from Neo Prodomos in Imathia and milk from a local farmer in Tripotamos, Veria. Our flours come from the certified Koutsiaris mills.
