The resulting stitch form is then fixed through a steaming or dyeing process and subsequently unraveled. This knitted texturing remains intact even after the tubes are unraveled. Knit-de-Knit yarns are available in all color shades and are therefore popular as effect or novelty yarns for striking designs in trendy knitwear.
