These can be used to efficiently and economically separate different materials. For example, the variable tooth geometry for hacksaw blades has a positive rake for sawing hardened and stainless steels. This reduces the cutting forces, improves swarf removal and increases blade life. We also offer specially tailored problem solutions for offsetting the teeth.
