Our product portfolio includes: standard heat sinks, liquid cooling heat sinks with integrally machined cooling channels (copper, copper-nickel, stainless steel) that are individually manufactured according to customer specifications at our facilities in Henfenfeld & Hoyerswerda. In this process, we utilize state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers as well as our special environmentally friendly Homanoxal (anodizing) process.
