...Overhead wire payoffs of the DF series are designed for the uninterrupted supply of wire to the machine. They are equipped with a braking system and a dancer for tension control. The DF 310 can be used for wires with a diameter of 0.5 – 2.0 mm. To facilitate manual wire feeding, for example during loop drawing or when re-threading the wire onto a winding core, this payoff features an integrated pneumatic tension relief. This can be controlled from the winding stations. A pressure-adjustable maintenance unit for the compressed air connection is included in the delivery.
