Natural papers and cardboards are suitable for letterpress, preferably with cotton fibers. Therefore, 300 g/m² Gmund Cotton cardboard or a handmade paper is more appropriate for this printing type than a coated art printing cardboard with 200 g/m². The softness and stability of the long-fiber paper deliver the best results.
