To manufacture free-standing spools, we use enamel wire. During the winding process, the wire is superficially cured with hot air. To ensure the solderability of the spool connections, the spool connections are fully automatically milled free from the insulating lacquer layer at the end. For air coils, PRÜFREX is capable of processing wire diameters from 0.045 to 1.6 millimeters.
