...One of the larger bevel gearboxes produced by Baß Antriebstechnik weighs 1680 kg. In recent years, the company Baß has focused on the production of gearboxes of this magnitude. In this case, we were allowed to equip the first prototype machine as the fastest developer and prototype builder in 2014. To optimally assemble this gearbox, a 100-ton press was acquired, which is now waiting to be utilized more effectively. The machine for which the gearbox was built was awarded a gold medal at Agritechnica in 2015.

In 2014/15, a dedicated production facility was built in Ilsfeld, which was more than doubled in 2022 with an extension. The rapidly expandable production capacity currently stands at 16,000 tons of granulate.
