Ludwig Hunger Werkzeug- und Maschinenfabrik GmbH has been developing and distributing tools of the highest quality for precision drilling since 1922, as well as machines and devices for repairing motors and large engines since 1950. Alongside machining valve seats and valves with our valve seat turning machines and valve grinding machines, we also offer various honing machines, high-pressure hydraulic power units and a nozzle test rig. But we also produce our adjustable reamers, as before, in increasingly improved versions. We are committed to always improving our product range in the future too. For example, we have already developed a mobile turning machine with which valve seats and valves themselves can be optimally reworked quickly. Interested? What you should know about us is that our finishing machines and deburring cells cover almost the entire range of possible reworking operations. This starts with milling, drilling, countersinking and thread cutting. The most varied deburring processes such as brushing, use of air grinders, belt grinders etc. are also installed according to customer specifications. Subsequently, quality assurance measures such as measuring, laser scanning and marking are integrated if required. For special applications, we also offer our water jet cutting systems and laser cutting systems. gKteso was founded in 1991, currently has about 40 employees and relies on a sophisticated modular system for the development and construction of its machines.
