QuellTech turnkey solutions for industrial image processing In addition to the laser sensor technology, our complete solutions include application software that can be implemented remotely worldwide. Why QuellTech laser sensors? Due to our flexible production methods and our focus on laser triangulation, we can adapt our sensors at any time. This includes, for example: Limited installation space, high process speeds, high temperatures of the measurement objects (up to approx. 1200°C), optically demanding surfaces and harsh industrial environments. Inline quality monitoring in production, machines and systems with laser sensor technology for surface inspection, volume measurement, preventive maintenance, flatness measurements, thickness measurements, weld seam guidance, weld seam inspection, industrial image processing and 3D laser scanner measurements. Quelltech offers inline solutions for quality inspection in the following industries Metal Fabrication, Smartphone Manufacturing, Welding Automation, OEM Integration, Power Engineering, Mining, Automotive. Do you need an initial consultation for your measurement task and preferably an initial free estimate of the feasibility of your measurement task? Then please get in touch with us at office@quelltech.de We will call you back promptly or arrange a team meeting with you for a competent initial technical evaluation of your measurement task.

  2. LK METROLOGY GMBH

    Germany

LK Metrology is one of the leading manufacturers of 3D coordinate measuring machines and has decades of tradition. Founded in the 1960s – near to where Rolls Royce is based – working together with Renishaw, LK developed the first electronic probes and later built the first controlled measuring machine. As a result of its continual development work, LK was also the first manufacturer to consistently use ceramic structures over many years. These structures are an ideal material for use in measuring technology because they are both lightweight and thermally stable. LK's product range includes portable measuring machines, which measure 500 mm to 7000 mm horizontally and stand measuring machines with dimensions of 3000 mm vertically and 2500 mm horizontally. The latter are also available in a ceramic design with air bearings and has the same accuracy as the portable devices. LK CMMs have different levels of accuracy, meaning that they can be used in laboratories, precision measuring rooms and manufacturing. With regard to sensor systems, the company offers the full Renishaw range, as well as the complete Nikon laser series.
