We manufacture mechanical fasteners, machine parts and CNC machined made-to-order parts. Among other items, our product range includes: – CNC milled parts to customer specifications – Fitting keys in accordance with DIN 6885 – Sunk keys in accordance with DIN 6886 – Tangential keys in accordance with DIN 271 – T-slot nuts in accordance with DIN 508 and rhombus slots nuts – Gib head keys in accordance with DIN 6887 – Grooved pins in accordance with ISO 8746 (DIN 1476), ISO 8747 (DIN 1477) – Tubular rivets in accordance with DIN 7340, DIN 7339 on request – Woodruff keys in accordance with DIN 6888. In addition, we can manufacture almost all DIN parts in a modified form as made-to-order parts. The following machining methods are available: Sawing, milling, drilling, counterboring, thread cutting (including inch and American standard threads), surface grinding and barrel finishing. Our parts are used in a wide variety of industries, such as mechanical engineering, the electrical and electronics industry, gearbox manufacturing and the construction industry, among many others.

On 1st July 2018, the sales and assembly capacities of the laboratory technology divisions from VARIALUX GmbH and Rotter Reinstraumservice were separated from GK Sondermaschinenbau GmbH and merged into Labor- und Reinraumtechnik Arnsdorf GmbH. This made it possible for us to offer even more efficient processes and more varied products, and consequently to fulfil the requirements of our customers even better. Our water baths and thermostats are available as standard equipment or special versions. As a contract manufacturer, we guarantee to our customers that we will execute all orders with great precision and reliability. In collaboration with selected qualified partners, we process all materials relevant for clean rooms, pharmacies and laboratories. We have specialised here in the production of demanding individual parts. As a module supplier, we install parts and components of various suppliers on installable modules for our customers.

The MPI family of companies (Managed Programs and Performance Design) is a global product design, development and manufacturing company, supplying composite engine, automotive and marine components. We design and manufacture, among others, intake manifolds, valve covers and oil pans. MPI Europe also has many years of experience in e-mobility, medical technology and consumers. We offer European and American customers a convenient logistics concept with local tool sampling, part production and project management with technical communication in German or English.
