We offer high-quality coffees and espressos, both caffeinated and decaffeinated. All coffees are blended and roasted by us. Our roastery relies entirely on the traditional drum roasting method combined with a long roasting process at low temperatures. This means that the roasting takes about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the coffee (but at least 12 minutes), and is continuously monitored by the master roaster. The roasting temperature is around 240°C. This traditional roasting process allows the roaster to gently extract all the flavors that give our coffees their unique character.
