Since 1984, the oldest certified organic bakery in OWL. Production exclusively of pure organic baked goods such as bread, rolls, snacks, cakes, and gluten-free organic baked goods.

Gräfer Back GmbH is a large bakery based in Lohne. The company is the only manufacturer of wheat tortillas in Germany.

Since this year, we have been supplying customers with our international, primarily Turkish-oriented bakery product range. Freshly prepared to order and reliably delivered.
