As a service provider in the field of mechanical processing, we manufacture mould patterns that are customised for tool and punching plate manufacturing according to your 3D data. We are at an advantage in being able to process a variety of orders – from the smallest dimensions up to a size of 3000 m – at favourable prices. By choosing us, you'll have everything taken care of from a single source, from the material itself to its milling, grinding and deep-hole drilling. After the processing is complete, the plates undergo a strict quality control procedure in which they are measured on our designated machine, with the results subsequently recorded in writing. We employ almost 80 workers who manufacture as part of a three-shift operation to ensure rapid delivery times. We are a medium-sized manufacturer of turned and milled parts made from different plastics and metals. In addition, we also grind plastic rods. Founded in 1920, we are a third-generation family-owned company employing around 36 staff. We have been dealing with plastics machining from the very beginning and can therefore offer customers a high level of expertise in this area.
