... planning, construction, and maintenance of EC parking systems, as well as from inquiries from our customers for alternative access control systems, we were prompted to develop and launch the parking management system PVAS 2000 for customer parking of banks and savings banks in 1997. The PVAS 2000 system was the first system in Germany to utilize both magnetic stripes and cash chips (electronic wallets) for the billing of parking fees, evaluated with just one card reader. It was certified by the VÖB in November 1997 and approved for payment transactions by the ZKA on November 14, 1997.
