INQUA stands for Institute for Applied Qualitative Social Research and was founded in 1997. Our consulting approach combines qualitative analysis methods with systemic consulting. Our services include coaching, personnel development, and executive training. The focus of our offerings is the High Profiling Coaching® developed by Dr. Martin Hertkorn.
