Our cooperative currently brings together nearly 400 members. These olive producers continue to cultivate their olive groves in a traditional manner, following a ritual program that respects the life cycle of the olive tree. A severe spring pruning of the trees is carried out every two years to achieve a better selection of the fruits. Light soil work, sometimes involving cover cropping, along with a controlled moderate organic nitrogen input throughout the year, constitutes the bulk of the maintenance.
