The vineyards of the winemakers at the Monségur cellar cover nearly 1300 hectares of red grapes and 100 hectares of white grapes. The following grape varieties can be found: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon for red grapes, and Sauvignon, Sémillon, and Muscadelle for white grapes. The cooperative winery is committed to establishing product traceability, the bottler of the cellar is certified ISO 9001 and IFS – BRC, and the cellar is in the process of obtaining Terra Vitis accreditation (sustainable farming).
