Sand castings: Non-ferrous alloys such as pure copper, tin or lead bronze, brass, aluminium bronze… up to 50t and max. sizes 5x5 m Ex: Pump body, valve body, turbines runner & impeller, tubular plate, electric connections, mould and plate, propeller hub, propeller blade… Centrifugal castings: Non-ferrous alloys such as pure copper, tin or lead bronze, brass, aluminium bronze, stainless steels (Duplex, super Duplex, ferritic, austenitic, martensitic, heat resisting steels), Nickel-based alloys (super alloys such as Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy) and Aluminium Ex: ring, tube, bushing, liner, sleeve, roller, cage, gearwheel, bearing housing, pressure nut, sealing system... We offer a wide range of high-quality casting components and a “one stop shop” solution. This means we handle your project from the elaboration of your requested alloy (standard or special alloys) to the fully machined part – parts can be delivered either as-cast, rough or fully machined –, including control as per the highest requirements and dispatch it worldwide.
