... its smoothness, and Roussanne. No wood aging for our wines, total lees aging for whites (6 months) and macerations of over 6 weeks for reds. We work the grapes by gravity, reducing sulfites. The character of our wines: fruit-forward, indulgent, with controlled and silky tannins. Our bottles (visual): colorful, they create a mural when placed side by side, a creation by an artist (fine arts Paris). Welcome: Gîte de France to share our passion. Our conviction: organic farming.
