Our company consists of a FOUNDRY section that primarily produces mechanical parts in cast iron in small and medium series for various sectors of industry, and a MACHINING section that allows us to provide finished and assembled units. Our services enable us to be self-sufficient and ensure the entire manufacturing chain: Foundry of cast iron, Molding, Precision machining, Finishing, Analysis, and Quality Control.

Fonderie Mathieu, however, has evolved its manufacturing process, moving away from cupola melting and green sand casting to adopt modern techniques. An investment has been made in electric furnaces and semi-automatic molding workshops with chemical bonding. Each unit has specialized according to the advanced metallurgy: cast iron or steel. ACO is a foundry specializing in unalloyed or low-alloy gray cast iron and unalloyed or low-alloy ductile cast iron. We are also experts in shell, machine, hand, and centrifugal casting.

FONDERIE GIROUD Industrie SAS has 3 foundry sites: Mottes casting, V Process casting, and hand casting, allowing for the production of parts ranging from 20 kg to 5 tons.
