...PLASTIC PROFILES Fatra, a.s. has been manufacturing plastic profiles for over 60 years. Our own design and tool production, along with in-house preparation of PVC granules, allows us to respond flexibly in the development of profiles. We operate several dozen extrusion lines, where profiles can be produced from various materials. Profiles can be supplied with UV stabilization or in phthalate-free versions, with various finishes. The profiles we manufacture include floor skirting boards, tennis lines, furniture profiles, sealing profiles, protective corners, handles, container profiles, etc.

Since starting in 1992, SPUR has been producing different types of plastic products. Production is based on its own research and development activities, which follow market demand and also interest in new characteristics of plastics. At present, SPUR a.s. has approximately 240 employees. The turnover in 2017 reached approximately 950 million CZK. More than 50% of production is exported abroad...

...In the long term, our production focuses on trademark products PrimaSoft and PrimaSoft exclusive. We offer quality products at affordable prices to our customers. The manufacture of these products respects all principles of environmental protection. Due to this approach, we have customers not only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also in many other EU countries. Further development of our company is based on constructing our own paper machine and expansion of our processing capacity. Nowadays, our team consists of 30 employees. The company’s turnover is about 6 million EUR.

Production of pressed toolings for flat forming is one of our main production activities. This production is based on customer documentation or our own design documentation. We also perform repairs of toolings (medium repair, general repair, and servicing). Precise machining, metalworking, and assembly of subassembly units upon customer request are our next production activities. Part of our production program includes clamping and control equipment for serial production.
