The Complex Valera was established in 1994. Prior to that, it served as a house museum, preserving its architectural significance. The restaurant on the first floor has been reconstructed in style, accommodating 45 guests. On the second floor, there is a museum dedicated to the life and culture of the Karakachani people. The complex features a garden with a hundred seats, also designed in style, complete with a barbecue, an oven for grilling, and homemade bread. There is a fountain where carp and trout swim, as well as springs flowing into fountains, including one that turns a mill wheel.
