The Lambicool distillery is an artisanal distillery from Liège. Etienne Bouillon, a passionate distiller, offers among other things the range of Etienne's Pékèts, both natural and fruity, as well as the Pomme d'Etienne, an aperitif made from the blend of local apple juice and their brandy. The Lambicool distillery offers custom distillation services to producers.
