On our site in Limal, we aimed to create not only a sales space but also a haven of peace. As they stroll, by chance of a waterfall, between two pontoons, enthusiasts can discover new varieties of plants and fish, as well as the wildlife that takes refuge in our marshes and ponds to escape the pollution of the surrounding rivers.

The fish farm La Truite de Freux raises brown trout, rainbow trout, brook salmon, and crayfish. It sells its production of trout and fingerlings for restocking rivers, to fishing companies, to individuals with ponds, as well as to individuals for consumption. In the latter case, the fish are processed on-site at the time of pickup. As for the crayfish, they are sold live primarily to individuals, restaurateurs, and caterers.
