We are a small family-run organic extra virgin olive oil farm located in the village of ASPROCHOMA for generations. We produce organic extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality. We control all stages of production, from the harvesting of olives to the packaging, to ensure you receive top quality. The olives are harvested by hand into large jute bags. They are taken directly to the press to preserve them from oxidation and are pressed on the same day to capture all the unique aromas of the oil.

... the plant to the container that holds this green gold. We avoid any use of chemicals. The harvest is done with respect for the plant. The olives are taken to a certified mill run by two true artisans. They use only purely mechanical means to obtain very high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The olives are pressed within 12 hours (at most) after harvesting to avoid any artificial ripening. Once obtained, the olive oil is stored in metal containers for optimal protection.
