Mélanie Lemmens has turned her passion for chocolate into her profession. With a degree in art history, she has applied her sense of aesthetics to her work. As a little girl, she dreamed of a Christmas tree that would be kept until Easter to hang eggs on. She has been awarded the Becommerce Award and was nominated among the candidates for the title of Liégeois of the Year.

A bound chocolate manufacturer. Pralines: cream pralines, pralinés, ganaches, truffles, fruit and nuts. Chocolate: bars, bouchées, mousse, corina pastries, caraques. Seasonal items: decorated pralines, Easter eggs, filled seasonal eggs, birthday cakes...

Crispy and soft. The Cookiserie Namuroise produces American-style cookies: as fresh and fluffy as a pastry. The chocolate cookie called Le p’tit Namurois is made from ancient wheat varieties, butter, and farm eggs. Only the chocolate and oats do not come from Belgium. Whether with raisins or chocolate, baked, to be warmed up, or in dough balls, their cookies are delivered by bike to a few shops in Namur and also to schools. We also make lemon zest shortbread, Breton palets with oat crumble, and other crispy-soft treats.
