...Blue Gate Antwerp is an innovative and eco-efficient business park on the banks of the Scheldt River. On the bridge that spans the green corridor, we have installed side cladding made of galvanized steel, finished with wooden slats, serving as both architectural cladding and the guardrail for the bridge deck and abutments. The bridge connects the Hobokense Polder and Nieuw Zuid and was primarily built to avoid obstructing wildlife migration in the corridor. Thanks to its wooden cladding, the bridge blends seamlessly into the landscape.
