The Brasserie de L'abbaye du Val-Dieu is an independent Belgian producer of special high-fermentation beers. Val-Dieu beers are the only abbey beers still brewed and bottled in an abbey. Val-Dieu Abbey Beers: Val-Dieu Blonde 6%, Val-Dieu Brune 8%, Val-Dieu Triple 9%, Val-Dieu Grand Cru 10.5%, Val-Dieu Noël 7%, Rader Blonde 6.5%, Rader Ambrée 10.5%. Recognized Belgian abbey beer.

A traditional yet primarily modern brewery-distillery. Beers: Cuvée Clarisse 9.2°, Tripel Kanunnik 8.2°, Wilderen Goud 6.2°, Wilderen Kriek 3.5°. Wild Weasel (Whisky): Single Malt 46°, Cask Strength 62.4°, Finest Blend 40°. Other products: Wilderen Graanjenever 32°, Wilderen Eau-de-Bière 32°, Double You Gin 43.7°.

Brouwerij Martens is the oldest brier brewery in Limburg. The brewery produces Martens Pils, Sezoens, and Sezoens Quattro.

Our beers: Alpaïde is a dark tripel full of character and tradition. Alpaïde Blond: Blonde version of the Alpaïde. The flavor of this tripel was crafted, tasted, and approved by the general from Hoegaarden. Rosdel: a smooth malty beer. Huardis: a quirky white beer, brewed to celebrate the opening of the brewery.

With our aperitif beers (Guldendelle - Ferme Framboos and Brut), we give a strong nod to viticulture, analogous to demi-sec, rosé, and brut in sparkling wines, cava, or champagne.
