Hello Located in the heart of Brussels, our urban farm produces its own organic microgreens and exotic mushrooms. Shiitake, Eryngii, Nameko, Pleurotus, Maitake, and many others are available year-round. We sell between 7 and 8 tons of mushrooms and 4,000 microgreens monthly. Our mushroom production is 100% organic, ecological, and Belgian. We are looking to find new clients as our company is in full expansion. Soon, we will also be selling our organic shiitake growing substrates. Shiitake, Eryngii, Nameko, and Maitake are also available in dried form.
