...The current NV Techni Quartz was founded in 1987 by Mr. and Mrs. Vercauteren - De Loose as CV Kwartstechniek, with the main activity being industrial painting (specialty: finishing of aerated concrete panels using "kwartstechniek"). The necessary Lithox wall paints were purchased from the paint manufacturer Neverlak in Amsterdam, NL. A year later, the activities were expanded to include the distribution of Frescolithe stand and decorative construction paints and Lithox wall paints, also produced by Neverlak.
