Amberes sells paintings, engravings, silverware, Chinese and European porcelain and pottery, ivory, glassware, crystal, woodwork, metal, carpets, chandeliers, jewelry, sculptures, antique furniture, and period furniture, among others from various eras (16th – 20th century). AMBERES provides appraisals for estates, distribution, and insurance. AMBERES also organizes weekly uncataloged public auctions. More than 50,000 art objects are auctioned off each year.

Our name suggests that we only sell antique silver, but over the years this has evolved into a broader interest. We have a passion for beautiful, rare furniture and objects made from silver, tortoiseshell, ivory, and combinations of these, with an even greater passion for bringing these objects together into a lovely still life or a stunning interior. This is the reason we decided to add Cabinet of Curiosities to our name.
