... Overhang height: max 5cm on all sides The butcher shop Schachinger was founded in 1932 and began production of lard and cracklings. After the war, it was expanded into a meat processing operation. In the late 1980s, the lard and crackling production was spun off as an independent company.

Butchery and Abattoir: The roots of our business date back to 1917. Since then, there has been a butcher shop in Irnfritz. We have been operating the business since July 1977. Our butchery experienced significant growth when we began raising and marketing milk-fed calves in 1980. In 1992, a production facility for sausage production was added, thus expanding this area.
