M. ZIRAKASHVILI Davit is the founder of ZIRAKA France, having accumulated 16 years of experience as a professional rugby player. In August 2018, he decided to create the company ZIRAKA France, specializing in the import of hazelnuts from his home country, GEORGIA. The products we offer to our customers result from the hard work of these small farmers, truly dedicated and passionate about their land. Picked and processed by us, we offer you a variety of hazelnuts: shelled, blanched, powdered, or roasted (available in different calibers). All our products are sorted and packaged in GEORGIA, then shipped by road. We always maintain a considerable stock in the heart of France, which allows us to guarantee fast deliveries. PROCESSING Raw products are harvested in collaboration with our Georgian farmers, then processed in our ISO 22000 certified factory, adhering to all health standards. We offer several processing methods, including sorting, calibrating, and roasting at temperature or with steam. We provide processing into natural powder or roasted powder.
