Automatic Monoblock for Beer

Isobaric filler for beer and other carbonated products with 5 filling valves and a bottle selection and transfer system using large diameter stars. Stainless steel valves, with hot sanitizable seals. Automatic filling cycle, with initial valve opening for counter-pressure, followed by a full opening to fill the bottles and then a decompression (degassing). The control of the different stages and process times is carried out by an electronic controller (PLC), with adjustments from a touchscreen on the operator panel. Automatic capper, with 'pry-off' crown caps with a diameter of 26 mm. The distribution is automatic, with a stainless steel hopper. The central star has 10 compartments and the bottle guide is made of high-density polyethylene, with a safety microswitch. The base of the machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. 700 bottles of 0.33/hour.
