Economic efficiency is ensured through the use of modern machinery. CNC Long Turning The long turning area is also referred to as Décolletage for producing small parts. The modern technology of our CNC long turning machines makes this possible. We manufacture parts for you with diameters from Ø4 to 20mm and lengths up to 1000mm, even in larger series. From simple to complex, we are capable of milling individual parts as well as series orders for you with high precision, program-controlled automation, up to approximately 500 x 700mm (max. 25kg). We process various metals as well as plastics within the tightest tolerance ranges. Consultation Competent advice regarding the possibilities forms the basis for our customers' wishes. Thus, we refine components for our customers or label them according to specifications. Assembly Upon customer request, we also deliver fully assembled parts or assemblies. Customer Warehouse We store ready-to-install precision parts for our customers under framework agreements on over 500m2 of storage space. This allows our customers to access parts quickly and flexibly without incurring high storage costs.
