Description
Hybrid elastomeric facade insulation paint. Water based high solid hybrid elastomeric water proofing facade coating with high tech acrylic and polyurethane resins. Fast curing and water tight against ponding water. It develops a water vapour diffusive coating which keeps its elasticity and tensile strength. It is non sticky, walkable and resistant to pedestrian traffic. It offers an excellent crack bridging ability and purability. It’s innovative synthesis permits high build coating even in one coat. It has a very good dirty pick up resistance and superior thermoreflective properties. Reliable and cost effective water proofing solution. UV and thermal ageing resistance. Easy to apply.
