This specificity, both from the Southwest and vegetarian, allows us to explore our local territories more deeply to provide you with a selection of rare, even exclusive, products that we produce or distribute. The products you will discover at Vinzü are the result of encounters and sharing with our producers. They stand out for their naturalness, creativity, and exceptional taste quality. More than 90% of the products we offer at Vinzü are produced organically. The rest is created from wild foraged products or from "zero phyto" plots. The recognized quality of our products gives us the privilege of working with the top Michelin-starred chefs in our region and an increasing number of gourmet shops in France, Europe, and the USA. Our approach to ecological transition also extends to our energy and logistics choices. All our shipments are now made in boxes using biodegradable starch-based cushioning particles.
