Flange plate, shaft, and body made of stainless steel, natural color. Zinc-plated screws. Red or colorless anodized clamping jaws. Note: Clamping vise in a shaped design with a base plate for mounting on grid plates with a grid pitch of 50 mm. The flange plate can accommodate clamping jaws for external clamping as well as clamping jaws for internal clamping. The contour of the workpiece to be clamped is installed in the clamping jaws. Freeform surfaces and asymmetrical contours are possible. The integrated spring pack generates a clamping force of 5.8 kN. With compressed air tightening, the clamping force can be increased up to 43.5 kN. The release of the jaws is done by injecting compressed air onto the underside of the cylinder. The cylinder is then pushed upwards, thus canceling the clamping process of the clamping jaws. Clamping range 0.2 mm. Repeatability precision < 0.01 mm. Reference: 03178
